Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Pet deposit is $250 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $20 will be charged per pet.

Pets are great companions! We want you to be happy and comfortable at The Residence at Joshua Landing. We accept pets upon approval and know they will be delighted to see you when you return home.
